Cool-down --Don't forget to cool down after you're done exercising. This helps prevent muscle soreness and stiffness.

Progression - As you get stronger and fitter, gradually increase the intensity, duration, and frequency of your workouts. This keeps your body challenged and prevents boredom.

Variation -Mix up your activities! Try different sports, games, and types of exercise to keep things interesting.

Safety Always be safe when you're exercising. Wear the right clothes and equipment, follow the rules, and be aware of your surroundings.
